She attended Auburn University and majored in Public Administration with a minor in Political Science. She credits her high school history teacher with her love for the subject. My teacher imparted her never ending desire to know more and grow from that knowledge. Mrs. Sullivan hopes to do the same for her students at Veritas. History is an alive and rich subject that should never be a boring set of names and dates to be memorized. All things historical have an impact on the American way of life today. We can learn from our mistakes, and those of others, and we can build on the successes of the past. Mrs. Sullivan enjoys teaching immensely. It is one of the few occupations that offers so much reward in seeing the success of the students.
